You first have to sign up with a Google user name...once done you can use this Google username for other Google facilities and other Blogs......and keep a note of your password!
Once signed up go to the NEW POST links at top of page and write away..You can also respond or correct previous authors by using the FOLLOW THIS BLOG links......
